Corrections Policy
This page records the editorial approach to corrections. The static edition does not publish a support address, telephone number, messaging account or submission form.
How corrections are handled
Claims should be checked against the source named in the relevant guide and against the rules of the country or market being discussed. Material that cannot be supported should be clarified, qualified or removed rather than silently replaced. For a useful model of transparent public statements, see W3C accessibility-statement guidance.
Scope
Corrections cover factual errors, broken citations, outdated legal or market conventions and wording that overstates the available evidence. Differences of opinion are not presented as factual corrections.
